fixed #11 Project section #17

I added the project section inside the html file. Stylesheet was moved to a folder named css/ and I also added an Img/ folder to store all the images that we can use for the project. Feel free to let know if there should be any more changes. I couldn't find the images for this section of the project so I added empty image files for now.
