Job Listing Page - Fixes #1054

  1. Fixed Header and Footer to match home page.

  2. Fixed bg and font colors to match home page

  3. Added light blue color to job listing tables.

  4. Changed vertical alignment to center in Job list heading and Job list tables

  5. for-hire image and mobile-hire image has been replaced (old images are renamed with 'old' and retained in images folder).

  6. Mobile view job listing card color and alignment has been fixed
