What issue does this fix?.

The login form on screens smaller than 1170px has styling issues (mostly around the register / login buttons, but also going to look at the overall width also)

Summarize what this PR fixes:- < Detail what your PR changes/fixes > The login form on screens smaller than 1170px has styling issues, the register and login button area background spilled out of the form area and looked messy. Also the form looked really small on mobile devices, so I increased the width of the form area, up to 768px.
