feat: add settings menu

! Potential breaking change:

Moved most of the styles from index.html to screens.css. Reason being the styling in html file is getting too long. As far as I can test I didn't find any issue with this change. If there is any related issue found, then we can fix it by changing the location of styles for affected elements.

Settings Menu:

Added settings menu to the right panel.
Added an alert window to accommodate alerts generated by some of the settings.
Added menu button for smaller screens. Clicking on this button expands the right panel to the whole screen.
Added close button in settings menu for smaller screens.
Maybe UI for menu button and close button need to be adjusted.

Available settings:

New game - This setting starts a new game by deleting localStorage data and player goes to the start map. Shows a confirmation alert before resetting the data.
Stats - Shows an alert containing some stats of the game (This will be updated in the future).
Debug mode - Toggles debug mode on/off (This might not be as useful and can be removed. I added this as the debug key f8 is triggering URL box in my browser).

Minor changes:

Fixed formatting for span element in minimap-button-container in index.html.
Text present in the whole webpage is made unselectable. This is to fix the issue with texts being accidentally selected when user performs any mouse click/drag (This issue doesn't occur all the time though).

Integrated requested changes. All the settings functionality is moved to a separate file and added import of new file in index.html.
