Breads client update #111

Added code to display a message when users have not posted any articles. Created new InitializationCard.tsx file to handle what is displayed and added component to the Routes.tsx file.

Hi, I 'm still having issues with the requested updates. When you have time can you see my above comments. Also I'm having a hard time getting the text to look correct when it displays for users that have no reads without using CSS.
