A couple of UI updates on the contributors page.

moved the tile below the project image
added top corner radius to the project image to match the card
fix unequal vertical spacing around the search input
added padding around the project title
removed the hover effects on the contributors and pull requests text
changed the faq button from outline to solid warning to match the page color scheme
