Link zero-to-mastery/resources repo to the website #173

The website currently has a resources section but we have a resources repo present with many more number of resources. It would be nice if they could be merged or integrated somehow. This will help others to look at just one place for all the resources.

only @aneagoie can make changes to DNS Records to the domain zerotomastery.io then we can point it to http://zerotomastery.io/resources.
