Logo, Navigation Links & Bootstrap Fixes #198

Made the following changes:

  1. Changed old ZTM logo to new one on all pages (the logo here)
  2. Explicitly pointed logo link to homepage
  3. Updated Bootstrap version on all pages
  4. Fixed broken nav links on homepage
