Removed explicit font size declarations in business_landing, communit… #266

Removed explicit font sized and changed to default header and paragraph tags. Numbered lists in individuals_landing and testingsite_landing have been resized slightly smaller to fit the sizing better, but should probably have their styling moved out to public/overrides.css. Tested on edge, chrome, and firefox default resolutions, and chrome at mobile resolution.
