Change "Privacy-First Contact Tracing for Communities" to "Privacy-first Community Contact Tracing"

ALSO lighten the gray of this text, or change to the bright ZB blue (would really like to see the blue)

It looks like someone decided that the "Privacy-First Contact Tracing for Communities" is official, so that's fine... please just change color :) I also think the "f" in "first" shouldn't be capitalized but, that's not my call!

Thumbs up on capitalizing "First" in that context. Either formulation is fine, though they each suggest a slightly different flavor. If we think of this as working at community scale, the last one.
