Scenario: A Site Owner is interested in participating and is sent to a dedicated page where all the relevant information is outlined, with a clear path to registration.

Given a Site Owner is interesting in participating
When viewing the dedicated page
Then all the relevant information is visible, including a form to begin onboarding
