As a Site Owner, I can receive an email with the default QR code for my site, so that I can get setup as quickly as possible.

Acceptance Criteria

Given that I have entered with a valid email address when registering my org
When a default site is created for my org
Then I will receive a welcome email with an attached PDF with static QR codes for my site, as well as an attached welcome letter and FAQs.
