could implement auth.sentAppCode in telegram-mtproto because sometimes I can't receive sms verification? #213

sometimes I can receive the sms with auth.sendCode, is it possible to implement the auth.sentAppCode as shown in https://core.telegram.org/constructor/auth.sentAppCode. This could save the trouble of verification through sms
