Move away SecKeyChain deprecated APIs #1398

The deprecation warnings were disabled in https://github.com/zeroc-ice/ice/pull/1397 but we should investigate with new APIs are available and move away from this deprecated APIs

Most or all SecureTransport APIs are now deprecated. We will have to use Network.framework but this would affect TPC/UPD transports too, seems too big of a change for 3.8.
