Hello Phil, happy to help if I can, here's the original spreadsheet model http://openenergymonitor.org/zcem/ZCB_TYHME_v2.xlsx Interested to hear more about what you are doing.
Thanks Trystan,
I am looking at the Green Party energy model, which takes some inputs from ZCB but is based on taking their existing policies and modelling the outcome. I am looking at where the outcome of that modelling differs from ZCB, and whether we can reach net zero using that existing policy base. Collecting the background data will help me with the analysis. It’s basically starting from a political perspective rather than a purely technical one.
Best wishes,
Phil

Hi Trystan. Paul Allen suggested that you are the best person to ask about this. I have been helping with review of an energy policy document. I was a little involved in the very early days of the ZCB project at CAT. I'm trying to understand the ZCB model, however I don't think you include the calculation model for the hourly data that appears in the csv files here (which I assume is based on the Excel model that Tobi Kellner developed). Is that model available as well? My main aim is to understand the differences between ZCB and policy model that I am reviewing, and the reasons that they differ. Thanks. Phil.
