Bump zeroclipboard upstream version to last stable 1.3.5

Fix #19

Could it be merged please? Current version of ZeroClipboard has security issue: http://cxsecurity.com/issue/WLB-2014020063

@HaNdTriX @myitcv I'd do this myself but I'm not familiar with the process involved in releasing it (nor do I probably have the credentials to do so). If that's something you want to share with @jonrohan and I at some point, maybe send us an email?

Sorry folks, this has now been done (away from this PR - but thanks in any case @Soulou)

@JamesMGreene - the process is relatively straight forward, indeed one that could realistically be reduced down to a single rake task. There is in reality no reason why the two projects should fall out of step.... so I might just take you up on that offer.
