Type error at char 11 in xsl:copy-of/@select on line 263 column 47 of vitals.xsl:
  XPTY0004: An empty sequence is not allowed as the first argument of z:index()
  at xsl:apply-templates (file:/home/target/xsl/vitals.xsl#162)
     processing /fb/f[4161]
