Have you tried extracting and running a new installation of Procurement?

Are you editing the config file before running? Are you playing PoE with steam?

Original comment by stickymaddness on 26 Jul 2014 at 9:10

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
I never edited any of the files before trying to run, and for reference my
debug.info is word for word the exact same as his

This seems to be a steam-specific issue (are any of you NOT steam users?) I
suspect this your email address may have been unlinked to your PoE account.

Please could you try the following:

Using a default settings file like you have all been doing, open the settings
file and set DownloadOnlyMyLeagues to true:

    <Setting name="DownloadOnlyMyLeagues" value="True" />

Save the settings file, start Procurement and attempt to login. You should see
the following error:

No characters found in the leagues specified. Check spelling or try setting
DownloadOnlyMyLeagues to false in settings.

Please test this and let me know.

In the mean time, you can also try to login using SessionID

I'm going to assume that you've tried logging in without MyTabs set? ie:
download all tabs.

This looks to be the same issue as Issue 284, where the email address gets
disassociated with your GGG account, as a result Procurement receives no data
(because GGG tells it you have no characters).

I would suggest contacting GGG support as the person in Issue 284 did.

I'm also getting this error: only after adding tabs to <List name="MyTabs">

If you only get it after adding tabs to MyTabs, then you are configuring MyTabs
incorrectly.

@mrkiltak, @Justinlxh93 that is not the same isssue your issue is related to
Issue 303.

@AleksanderHJ you have a separate issue, please log a separate ticket and
attach your debuginfo and I'll help you there.

This error first showed up for me when I tried to refresh my character's tab
last night and has been showing up all day today at the login. I tried
changing <Setting name="DownloadOnlyMyLeagues" value="True" />, but the error
still remains. My Steam account still logs into pathofexile.com just fine and
I can see all of my gear on the website. I agree, this is probably Steam
oriented, but just not sure. We really appreciate all of your hard work and
help with this @stickymaddness, I hope we get it figured out real soon. :P

To the users who first reported the original issue and have been waiting for a
long time for a fix to your specific issue, I will unfortunately have to close
this issue due to today's chaos. Below is a message I am sending to all players
to keep you in the loop:

This morning's 1.2.0b PoE patch has been a total disaster for Procurement.

The main issue is caused by the fact that the forum API is now returning all
sorts of garbage data. Random extra "1" tabs in stash, duplicate gems, currency
and items and more. As a result, there have been a number of crashes and
issues. I have released 1.7.3-dev which fixes 99% of the crashes, however there
are still a lot of issues around the duplicate data. I contacted GGG and made
them aware of this issue, they said that they will look into it but outright
refused when I asked them to let me know when the API is fixed. Since there are
thousands of you who all want Procurement back up and running so that you can
setup your shops for the new leagues, and rightfully so.

I will be working on a new release that will filter out the garbage data from
GGG, but this is going to take a few days.

IN THE MEANTIME: You can download 1.7.3-dev, if you still have problems do not
log more issues as I am already aware of it, as it is due to the issues I have
just explained. Once the new release is out, if you still have problems you are
welcome to log issues again.

Download 1.7.3-dev here :

https://github.com/Stickymaddness/Procurement/releases/tag/1.7.3-dev (Note that
checking for updates is disabled for dev versions)
