Support caching of Range requests #16

It would be handy if httplib2 could cache range requests.  I believe
(quickly skimming RFC2616) that this is allowed.

This is allowed, but introduces a huge amount of complexity and I'm not really
willing to add that complexity, though I would accept patches to add that 
functionality.

This is completely understandable.  I looked into adding it myself and was 
slightly
intimidated by the complexity ;).
