can I use like as

title: TITLE date: YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS +/-TTTT categories: [TOP_CATEGORIE, SUB_CATEGORIE] tags: [TAG] # TAG names should always be lowercase

I don't think so - check out Jekyll (https://jekyllrb.com/) instead.
