Champions motly drop unique artifacts. I tested it with Barracoon and 
always same drop, artifact kryss. I see runuo devs changed the chance 
formula. I looked at your ex-chance formula and it is better than runuo.

Sorry about the wrong briefing. I'll test it some more. Now other items started 
to 
drop but it isn't good that uniques dropping.
