where license #7

The plugin, I assume, is AGPL by infection (as it consumes Dalamud). The server is unlicensed at the moment. I usually default to Apache2.0+MIT for rust projects, but I'd prefer to have both the plugin and server under the same license - not sure what to do with this.

add a LICENSE in each subdir, and add a comment to a readme like

Licenses

./csharp contains AGPL licensed source code ./server contains MIT+Apache2.0 licensed source code

Or if you want the same license just do all as AGPL (it's a user facing program anyway), the website will need to link to the repo tho.

But for the server I think you need permission from the contributors to add the license since they all hold copyrights on their code.
