Grab some cobble and use JEI to auto craft a furnace, it removes items from storage and shows a furnace as the output to craft, all works fine so far.
Now keep the cobble in the crafting grid like you where to craft another furnace, but remove one of the cobble from the recipe so its just 7 cobble going around, as you would guess there is no recipe.
Here is where the bug is, go back to JEI and have it auto craft another furnace, so it should just add the one missing cobble to the recipe, and it does, kinda. But it visually removes the 7 cobble and adds the one missing from the crafting grid, but its only visual, if you update anything, pull a piece of cobble out or just click the output box it will actually craft the item.
