Start on current time display.
S1 -> Seconds -> S1 -> Alarm Display
S2 -> Toggle alarm on - rightmost dot will start flashing
S1 or timeout -> back to normal display
S2 Long -> Set alarm hours with S1
S2 -> Set alarm minutes with S1
S2 -> Back to Alarm Display
