up stcgal submodule version #68

i try run stcgal without success. stcgal_build.txt

actual stcgal commit [fdf5fdd] run fine

maybe you can submit PR for newer stcgal submodule if you can test it this submodule repo is being used by the older makefile build process I have only really been keeping up with platformio build process (which uses a different, probably newer, stcgal helper per platformio.ini configuration).
