Regenerate Git(Hub) repository

reasons:

• we don't need to be a fork of https://github.com/paolokoelio/zerohour-decisionsupport-phishing anymore, and it's caused confusion when creating PRs twice already
• the Git repo currently contains some unnecessary large files (./db/ 147MB, ./webdriver/ 29MB, ./pages/ 2.7MB, ./engines/capture.png, ./saved-classifiers/ contains multiple unused, etc)
• cloning takes quite a long time (at least on my slow internet in my student room)
• change name to zpd instead of zdp for consistency with org name
