create a branch named erlzmq3,to support libzmq, add some macros , modify some codes and add a simple test in erlzmq_test.erl. end , it can support zeromq3.

First,i apology to you for my rude ,this is my first using pull request and use it not correctly,I should raise a ticket for my quetion. second, I didn't find the branch 3-x before,I only do some work for libzmq on master and do some test.
