Add cross.sh script that creates an environment with XCode project for ingescape and its dependencies
Update CMakeLists.txt from ingescape, czmq and zyre to disable their install steps for executable targets. iOS builds are fully bundled and the installation path of these executable targets are not compatible with bundles.
