after installing latest stable version of ZMQ and jzmq on my ubuntu 22 machine i am getting weird errors, can anyone add their thoughts

Error

A fatal error has been detected by the Java Runtime Environment: SIGSEGV (0xb) at pc=0x00007f8058925804, pid=131363, tid=131395 Java VM: OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (21.0.3+9-Ubuntu-1ubuntu122.04.1, mixed mode, sharing, tiered, compressed oops, compressed class ptrs, g1 gc, linux-amd64) Problematic frame: C [libzmq.so.5+0x52804][thread 131394 also had an error]
