Removing old license files (COPYING and COPYING.LESSER). #66

Problem: Inconsistent licenses: LICENSE file contains MPL, COPYING contains GPL and COPYING.LESSER contains LGPL. Solution: Remove COPYING and COPYING.LESSER. The real license is MPL and it is in file LICENSE.
