Problem: no Jenkinsfile, old zproject #296

Solution: Add Jenkinsfile support and regenerate zproject (repeat and document relevant nuances until it passes on Travis ;) ) Dropped the long-obsolete version.sh file.

@vyskocilm : I have no opinion about how good or bad are regenerated python bindings below, care to take a look?
