Multitarget to netstandard2.0 #768

Hi, microsoft suggest to multitarghet libraries to netstandard2.0 https://twitter.com/davidfowl/status/866927615499673600 . I'm having a weird issue with it, maybe it will help also. https://github.com/dotnet/project-system/issues/4252 Can you pls also target netstandard2.0, it should be very easy and painless.

Hi, is it possible to restore the ci build to create pre release packages to use this feature ?
