Problem: zyre doesn't have a stable release #54

Currently, zbroker is version tied to zeromq 4.0.4 and czmq 2.2.0. It would be nice to tie to a tagged version of zyre as well.

Solution: tag Zyre, double-check that ZRE is stable.
