does CMakeLists.txt work for *nix platform?

please, consider replacing CMAKE_SOURCE_DIR and CMAKE_BINARY_DIR with PROJECT_SOURCE_DIR and PROJECT_BINARY_DIR resp. so that we can add_subdirectory() this project. tia

Please make this change (pull request) to libzmq master and then we can backport to 3.2 stable.
