Spec file fixes: missing manpages/binaries, renamed library files, doc build requirements #95

Just hacked this until a clean rpmbuild resulted (on Fedora 20). Looking at getting 4.0.5 into Fedora and then EPEL soon, figured cleaning up the upstream spec couldn't hurt.

Can you make sure these fixes also go into libzmq master? Thanks.

Looks like libzmq/master simply dropped README; I could conform here if that's better.

It's six and half a dozen. So better to leave as-is.
