Licensing #91

Dear zmqpp contributors,

Our current license is LGL3 + static link exception as describe here. It also recommends switching to MPLv2 when possible.

It is the intention of the ZeroMQ community to move gradually towards the Mozilla Public License v2, as a replacement for the current LGPLv3 + static link exception.

MPLv2 is pretty much the same that our current license but has the advantage of being more standard.

The goal of this issue is to collect approval of contributors. If you agree to this change, please state it in a comment.

I am pinging all contributors in the github tab and @hintjens for his use of the merge button :) @benjamg @meprem @Rhubbarb @chminx @gyulalaszlo @xdmiodz @pschoeni @rontana @TobiasSimon @crheckman @pin3da @mfsv @jerome-pouiller @da-x @olenz
