Adw will not load #42

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what phone? What Android
version? Since latest update, update will load but will not allow me to 
open.uninstalled and redownloaded but still will not allow to open. Verizon 
droid 2.2 froyo,non- rooted.

Please provide any additional information below.
