similar to the app shortcuts for apps on sd card, dynamic folders (eg pandora) 
from an app on the sd card will never load the icon if adwlauncher is never 
restarted after boot.

AFAIK, live folder apps should not be moved to SD, they won't work even with 
stock launcher....
