auto-modify rule description #140

suggest modified rule description if rule was edited.

do you think it makes sense?

shouldn't be hard to do.

You'd have to know that the description wasn't user customized.  This could be 
done by checking if the rule description for the previous rule matched the rule 
description we would have auto-generated.  If so, auto-generate a new 
description.

Or we could provide a button (or some other means), that will "refresh" the 
rule description.
