This PR should be merged ASAP, as it resolves the downloading issues for most games.

Since this app seems to not be actively developed, you could also take a look at my project as an alternative. https://github.com/tpill90/steam-lancache-prefill Its a complete ground up rewrite of autofill, without a dependency on steamcmd.
