Has anyone developed a dockerfile for this project?

Since this app seems to not be actively developed, you could also take a look at my project https://github.com/tpill90/steam-lancache-prefill Its entirely self contained, requiring no dependencies or install. Just a single exe, which means that there is no need for docker in order to run it.
