Update Outdated Jsons from Pre 1.0 AssetStudio #253

My attempt at updating the repo of the characters with outdated json files. This is from my own personal repo I've made for the VRC content and Hoyotoon itself. For HoyoToon people would be required to use the latest version of the Assetstudio json format. and this is the biggest source for people to get those.

Thus the reasoning of this PR

May have done a big brain and my script messed up. I'll fix this when I wake up again
