vuepress1에서는 univeral tag 만 되는듯 (이전버전) vuepress2 이관으로 이 문제를 해결

이 이슈는 닫고 vuepress2 이관작업으로 통합. 이 이슈는 yarn 으로 변경에 대한 이슈므로 닫는 것이 옳음
