Hello, I have an error when I load "zero signal.co branding"

Before it was, 'pt>' Now I have: icFAA>?

need to update?

Thank you!

What version of cPanel are you using? The theme has been tested on version 11.40.1 and seem to be functioning properly. Also, let me know if you have any non-default settings such as language set to something else.

It is perfect!

But could not bear extension (. Tar) had to compress (. Zip)

After overwriting the files via cpanel error clean.

Questions, because they change the icons? For some time appear new, but then switch to generics.

Thanks .... Good Year!

That's a cPanel bug that I can't seem to solve. Basically, anytime cPanel decided to update or run certain services, it rebuilds the icons from the server and rewrites the theme icons. If I ever find a way around that I'll make an update, but so far I'm stuck.

You will notice that this string also appears in the cPanel theme PaperLatern, confirming that this is not an issue with this specific theme.

Adam from cPanel here. We're working on a way for theme maintainers to better manage the spritesheets that @zerosignalproductions mentioned. Once we release that, the Justin's problems with overwritten theme icons will be a thing of the past.

i am also facing this issues. theres "icFAA ?>" text

zerosignalproductions commented 10 years ago

It seems we have two separate issues being discussed in here. For the icons, as @adam said, it's an issue with the spritesheets. I have no way to fix that at the moment.

For the "icFAA ?>" issue: I've only run into that if trying to upload the .zip file. You have to use the .tar.gz file as it's in the format that cPanel requires. Double check and make sure the right file is being uploaded.
