.po file not updating with laravel 5.8 #33

All settings was made by readme. 1) localization variable http://prntscr.com/nfpj0h 2) php artisan gettext:update 3)http://prntscr.com/nfpiir .po file not changed

I've the same issue, unless open the po files in poedit and update them manually. Laravel 6.5
