made a dashboard for debugging

notes:

• multiprocessing in separate process (queue for not blocking process)
• tried streamlit, but wasn't fast enough. switched back to matplot lib

problems:

• graph not updating fast enough
• having 10 joint positions/velocities makes it hard to read and interpret
• opens multiple windows, and make computer really slow
