Docs formatting issue: Missing argument for `\mathbf` #798

Some formatting error of the equations appear at https://zerothi.github.io/sisl/api/generated/sisl.Geometry.html#sisl.Geometry.dihedral. Not sure where the problem lies.

Why is \hat used in the last expression for \phi? Should it be clarified that these are unit vectors?
