My zerotier one seems to install the virtual network card driver（port） except for some problems

I have added two devices to the subnet, and the two devices can also be displayed in Zerotier central, but I still cannot log in to the remote desktop. Now I see that there is no Zerotier network adapter in one of my computers, and then I go to the Windows Device Manager and find that there is a problem with the driver of the Zerotier One virtual port, showing "Windows is still setting the class configuration of this device. (Code 56) ", how can I resolve this situation
