Windows 32-bit Regression #116

Windows 7 32-bit install of Zerotier does not acquire an ip address from earth.zerotier.net, even after status OK. img_20140829_182846

Will test again.

Windows is going to need yet more work. (So far Windows has taken... haven't been keeping track, but it easily feels like 10X as much work as Macintosh and Linux combined... Blech.)

Closing since this is a duplicate of all sorts of other Windows issues that should be fixed by an NDIS 6 driver... hopefully. (Can't duplicate any of them on any test systems here.)
