Use a ipv6 fallback to acquire the GPG key. #19

Installation on ipv6-only machines works fine in principle, but can't fetch the GPG key atm as github.com is only available on IPv4, see https://github.com/zerotier/ZeroTierOne/issues/1277

@adamierymenko suggested to use https://download.zerotier.com/contact@zerotier.com.gpg
